Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
- European Union: 4–8 business days from the day your order ships.
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days from the day your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers. Delays may occasionally occur during holidays, peak seasons or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
- European Union: $7, free on orders over $50.
- Rest of the world: $12, free on orders over $50.
Amounts are shown in US dollars or the equivalent in your local currency at checkout.
Customs and duties
Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. For orders outside the EU, import duties are covered by us and included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a duty payment, contact us and we will reimburse it.
Packaging
Each piece is shipped in protective packaging so it arrives safely.
Damaged or lost parcels
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us at official.byinch@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it. Until the parcel is delivered to you, the risk of loss or damage lies with us.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
