2. Send it back
We'll reply with return instructions. Pack the item securely and send it. Return shipping is on us.
3. Get your refund
We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
What can be returned
- Any item within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original condition.
- Engraved or personalized pieces can't be returned.
- Exchanges: want a different size or style? Return the original and place a new order. That way you get your new piece faster.
Every piece is also covered by our 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
