If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the consumer protection authority or an out-of-court dispute resolution body in your country of residence. For cross-border disputes within the EU, free help is available from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) and the European Commission's consumer redress portal. Consumers in Poland can also turn to the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (uokik.gov.pl).
