Orders & Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 4–8 business days within the EU and 7–15 business days to the rest of the world. See our Shipping page for details.

  • Yes, shipping is free on all orders over $50. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

  • As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

  • Orders within the EU have no customs duties. For orders outside the EU, import duties are covered by us, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

  • Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at official.byinch@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns & Warranty

  • You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, and return shipping is on us. It should be unworn, in its original condition. See our Returns page for how it works.

  • We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.

  • Every BY INCH piece comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, such as a broken clasp or a snapped link. It doesn't cover loss, accidental damage or normal signs of wear.

  • Email us within 14 days at official.byinch@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost.

Materials & Care

  • Yes. Our stainless steel pieces are made to be worn every day: in water, during workouts and in the heat. For leather, cord and natural stone bracelets, we recommend taking them off before showering or swimming.

  • No. Our stainless steel keeps its color and finish with everyday wear.

  • Our metal pieces are made from stainless steel, which most people with sensitive skin wear without problems. The exact materials are listed on every product page.

  • Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth from time to time. Avoid direct contact with perfume and harsh chemicals. Store it separately so it doesn't scratch against other jewelry.

Sizing

  • Use our Size Guide. It's next to the size selector on every product page. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one for a relaxed fit.

  • You can return it within 30 days and order the right size.

Payment & Gifts

  • Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Customers in Poland can also pay with BLIK.

  • Yes. All payments are processed securely and encrypted. We never see or store your card details.

  • Of course. Every piece ships in protective packaging. If it doesn't fit, it can be returned within 30 days.
